pleasant stopover
warm welcome delicious breakfast
the staff offered a warm welcome, really appreciated. the triple room suited our needs perfectly for attending a wedding nearby. a full scottish breakfast was indeed very filling and quite delicious.
The receptionist in the morning seemed a bit unfriendly. Her appearance wasn't the best. I think she just got out of bed. it did not leave the best impression at the end of my visit.

The hotel features a convenient parking area and easy access. This made arrival and departure simple. guest information sheets provided useful details. These helped us understand the available amenities. the dining area has nicely laid tables with fresh flowers.

Breakfast included a great selection of items, ranging from cornflakes to fresh fruit. This ensured there was something for everyone. the dinner service featured well cooked meals, these were excellently presented. the chef deserves high praise.

The staff provided an early check-in. Breakfast was delicious and quite filling. I appreciated the warm welcome I received there.. staff was great. The hotel arranged it all.
The service for dinner lacked refinement. The menu was limited. The food quality did not quite match the descriptions.

a cozy getaway
helpful directions smooth check-in guest information sheet
the staff provided helpful directions to the room and even booked us for tea time. the receptionist made sure our check-in was smooth and easy. breakfast was lovely with helpful staff available to assist. i found a guest information sheet that answered many questions.
the room's window did not close properly compromising security and comfort. there were a lot of fire doors to navigate with our bags. i noticed visible damage to walls in the room.

The receptionist booked a tea time for us, demonstrating excellent attention. staff shortages did not affect the service quality. The team was always smiling. the staff ensured every guest felt personally welcomed and looked after.

The staff was lovely and helpful. I appreciated their assistance with my late check-in. the location is great. It's a short walk to local shops. the breakfast was amazing. The chefs clearly put in effort every time.
The sink lacked a plug, and a shower mat was missing. I think a little more attention to these small details would make a big difference.

warm bowls generous portions ample space
the receptionist provided warm dog bowls, and that stood out. our bedroom had ample space, i felt very comfortable. the food tasted great, i thought portions were generous.
the shower lacked sufficient pressure, i found this inconvenient.
