The staff provided an early check-in. Breakfast was delicious and quite filling. I appreciated the warm welcome I received there.. staff was great. The hotel arranged it all.
The service for dinner lacked refinement. The menu was limited. The food quality did not quite match the descriptions.

the staff provided helpful directions to the room and even booked us for tea time. the receptionist made sure our check-in was smooth and easy. breakfast was lovely with helpful staff available to assist. i found a guest information sheet that answered many questions.
the room's window did not close properly compromising security and comfort. there were a lot of fire doors to navigate with our bags. i noticed visible damage to walls in the room.

The receptionist booked a tea time for us, demonstrating excellent attention. staff shortages did not affect the service quality. The team was always smiling. the staff ensured every guest felt personally welcomed and looked after.

The staff was lovely and helpful. I appreciated their assistance with my late check-in. the location is great. It's a short walk to local shops. the breakfast was amazing. The chefs clearly put in effort every time.
The sink lacked a plug, and a shower mat was missing. I think a little more attention to these small details would make a big difference.

the receptionist provided warm dog bowls, and that stood out. our bedroom had ample space, i felt very comfortable. the food tasted great, i thought portions were generous.
the shower lacked sufficient pressure, i found this inconvenient.
