the staff offered a warm welcome, really appreciated. the triple room suited our needs perfectly for attending a wedding nearby. a full scottish breakfast was indeed very filling and quite delicious.
The receptionist in the morning seemed a bit unfriendly. Her appearance wasn't the best. I think she just got out of bed. it did not leave the best impression at the end of my visit.

the staff provided helpful directions to the room and even booked us for tea time. the receptionist made sure our check-in was smooth and easy. breakfast was lovely with helpful staff available to assist. i found a guest information sheet that answered many questions.
the room's window did not close properly compromising security and comfort. there were a lot of fire doors to navigate with our bags. i noticed visible damage to walls in the room.
